As a result, the project schedule was critical, requiring the pumping station to be fully operational before the downstream facility came online.

The scope of work included:

A reinforced junction chamber and mixing chamber constructed around existing inlet sewers,

New 2100 mm and 1500 mm inlet sewers conveying flows to the station,

Concrete splitting and overflow chambers, including an 1800 mm overflow pipeline,

Construction of the sewage pumping station and a 1050 mm forcemain to the site boundary,

An electrical substation with standby power generation,

Roadways, yard piping, utilities, instrumentation, and control systems.

Despite the complexity and tight schedule, ASCO delivered the project within budget and on time.
